Terms of service

What you get when you pay us, how payment and refunds work, and what we do and don’t promise, in plain English.

Last updated October 16, 2026

Who you’re working with

TitanOps is a brand of Titan Operations LLC, a Georgia limited liability company based in Dahlonega, Georgia (“we” or “us”). These terms apply when you pay us for any of the services below. Paying for a service means you agree to them. Questions go to jamisonpressley2@gmail.com.

Homepage ($1,500)

We design and build one homepage for your business. It includes:

  • a design built for phones first, and fast on cell data;
  • tap-to-call buttons with your office number;
  • an appointment request form people can fill out any time;
  • your services, location, and contact details;
  • the page live on your own domain, over https.

You pay half ($750) to start and half ($750) when the homepage goes live. Before launch, we agree with you in writing where the homepage will be hosted and whether that has any ongoing cost. Your domain stays registered to you.

Refunds: if you change your mind before we send you the first draft, we refund the first $750 in full. Once we’ve sent the first draft, the first payment isn’t refundable. The second payment is due at launch, so you never pay it for a homepage that isn’t live.

Once you’ve paid in full, the finished homepage is yours: its design, its text, and the files we made for it. We may show it as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.

Quick fix ($300)

We fix one urgent problem on your current website, like a “Not secure” warning or a web address that sends visitors to the wrong place.

  • You pay $300 by card up front.
  • We fix it within 2 business days of getting the hosting or domain login we need.
  • If we can’t fix it, we refund the full $300.
  • Any certificate or other fee your host or registrar charges is yours to pay.
  • A website that’s down or gone completely isn’t a quick fix. That’s a new homepage.

Site Watch ($29 a month)

Paid Site Watch isn’t open for signups yet. These terms apply once it is.

Site Watch checks your website every day: the padlock and when its certificate expires, when your domain expires, whether the site is up and how fast it loads, and whether your phone number and form are still on the page. If a check finds a new problem, we check again about an hour later, and if it’s still there we email you in plain English. You get one email per problem, and another when it’s fixed. Once a month you get a short report.

  • It’s billed monthly by card through Stripe until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time from the billing link in our emails, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges, and Site Watch keeps running until the end of the month you’ve paid for. We don’t refund part-months.
  • Site Watch tells you about problems. It doesn’t fix them. If you’d like us to fix one, we’ll offer the quick fix and you decide.
  • Checks run from the public internet, so they can miss a problem that only some visitors see, and a check can occasionally fail for reasons outside your site.
  • It’s a best-effort monitor. It isn’t a guarantee that your site stays up, it isn’t a security audit, and it isn’t legal or compliance advice.

Other work

Anything else, like automations or a larger site, is quoted separately. The written quote we send you sets what’s included, the price, and the payment schedule.

What we need from you

  • Accurate business details: your services, hours, phone number, and address.
  • Only material you have the right to use, like your logo and photos. You’re responsible for what you give us to publish.
  • The logins we need to do the work, when we need them.
  • Answers to our questions, so the work doesn’t stall.

Payments

Stripe processes card payments for us. We never see your card number. Prices are in US dollars.

What we don’t promise

We build and check websites carefully, but we can’t promise a number of calls, appointments, search rankings, or sales. We also can’t control outages or changes at companies we don’t run, like your host, your domain registrar, or Google.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, if something goes wrong with our work, the most we owe you is what you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the problem. We aren’t responsible for indirect losses, like lost profits or lost business.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Your information

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how to have it removed.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Changes don’t apply to work you’ve already paid for.
